Build up of leaves - Kingston Road, 25th September

Leaves need sweeping away from the whole of Kingston Road, not just one side. If left, they will quickly form a dangerous, slippery mush, leading to slips and falls. They will also block the gullies, leading to the formation of 'Kingston Lake', which stretches across the whole pavement and half of the road.

Nearest road to the pin placed on the map (automatically generated by Bing Maps): 235a North Street, Luton

Dumped carpet - Edward Street, 25th September

Two carpet rolls dumped outside 22 Edward Street. I suspect they have an infinite supply inside the house, so that once one lot gets cleared, they replace it with a new lot, simply for their own entertainment. One of the bins is also missing a lid. Please get the Neighbourhood Enforcement Team to contact the owner of this property to resolve both problems.
